Mammoth comeback attempt falls short.  Late goals by Jacob Ruest and Jeremy Noble were not enough and the Rush move on to face Georgia. Mark Matthews led the Rush with two goals and four assists. Aaron Bold made 32 saves. Eli McLaughlin led the Mammoth with three goals and one assist.

With the victory Georgia moves on to play in the Champions Cup.  Shayne Jackson had three goals and two assists to lead the Swarm.  Mike Poulin made 42 saves for the Swarm.  The Swarm chased Brandon Miller from the cage by scoring five goals on nine shots.  The Swarm win the best of three series 2-0. Swarm will play the winner of the Colorado / Saskatchewan series.

Colorado kept it close through three quarters, too bad the game has four quarters. Leading 9-8 after 45 minutes the Rush scored seven consecutive goals in the final frame, to bury the Mammoth.

Adam Jones torched the Mammoth for six goals and three assists. Aaron Bold made 31 saves for the Rush.

Attendance 7,329

Toronto jumped on Georgia early and took a 4-2 lead into halftime. However, the Swarm woke up and scored four straight goals to open the third quarter and did not look back.

Joe White led the Swarm with two goals and three assists.  Mike Poulin made 38 saves.

NLL Playoff Schedule

The league continues to drag out the season. Fist eighteen games is too many. Now the season will not wrap up until June 18, if the Champions Cup goes three games.  Plus a possible earlier start next season.

Late comeback attempt by the Stealth comes up short. Callum Crawford led the Mammoth with three goals and one assist. Dillon Ward made 40 saves. Logan Schuss led the Stealth with three goals and six assists. Corey Small scored six goals for the Stealth.

Colorado now faces Saskatchewan in the West division final.

Attendance 6,260

New England led 6-5 after one quarter chasing Nick Rose. Brandon Miller came in and stopped the bleeding for the Rock.

 Toronto scored the next five goals. Shawn Evans finally stopped the bleeding with a goal at 6:11 of the third quarter, followed by another four goal run by the Rock.  Tom Schreiber had four goals and three assists to lead the Rock.

After a six goal first quarter New England managed to score only four goals over the final 45 minutes.

The Toronto Rock move on to face the Georgia Swarm in the East Division Final.
