Trailing 9-4 entering the fourth quarter. Colorado proceeded to outscore Vancouver 7-1. Led by Adam Jones who scored five straight goals in the fourth quarter. While also netting the game winner with .02 seconds left.

The game was over before halftime. As Colorado came out of the gates fast scoring the first four goals. Taking a 4-0 lead after fifteen minutes. Followed by putting up eight goals in the second quarter. John Grant had seven points on the night (5g 2a). Dillion Ward made 50 saves.
